长研青香辣椒设施栽培技术规程
1 范围
本文件规定了长研青香辣椒的栽培环境、播种育苗、整地施肥、适时定植、温湿度调控、植株调整、
肥水管理、病虫害防治、及时 采收、档案管理等技术要求。
本标准适用于湖南省长研青香辣椒栽培。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于 本文件。
3.1
长研青香辣椒 chang yan qing xiang peper
早熟高品质辣椒新品种,长沙市农业科学研究院选育而成。始花节位 8节左右,植株生长势一般,
株型半开张,分枝性强,节间较密,株高约 46 cm,植株开展度为 58×60 cm;果实牛角形,青熟果长
约17 cm,果肩宽约 2.3 cm,肉厚约 0.12 cm,平均单果重 18 g,青熟果绿色,老熟果鲜红色,有光泽,
果表微皱,微辣,香味浓郁 ;宜采嫩果。 2019年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。

春提早栽培 early cultiv ation in spring
指春季通过提前种植、采用早熟品种、利用大棚等设施等措施栽培农作物,使产品提前上市,获得
更高收益。
3.3
秋延后栽培 delayed cultivation in autumn
指秋季通过延后种植、采用适宜品种、大棚保温等措施栽培农作物,使产品上市时间避开正常种植
上市高峰,延后错峰上市,获得更高收益。
4 栽培环境
4.1 设施要求

2 选择大棚、中棚和简易棚种植。
4.2 土壤要求
选择2年内未种过茄果类蔬菜、地势较高、排灌方便、土层深厚、结构疏松、肥力较高的壤土并符
合NY 5010—2016规定。
5 播种育苗
5.1 种子质量
符合GB/T 16715 瓜菜作物种子第 3部分茄果类的规定。
5.2 种子处理
先用55 ℃温水浸种 20 min, 不断搅动, 后常温清水浸泡 6 h, 再用10%的磷酸三钠溶液浸种 30 min,
洗净待播。
5.3 播种时间
春提早栽培可 10月下旬至 11月上旬播种,苗龄 80~90 d;秋延后栽培 7月中下旬播种,苗龄 28~
32 d。
5.4 育苗管理
5.4.1 春提早栽培
种子先置于 28 ℃左右温度催芽箱催芽, 70%露白点播穴盘,浇透底水,覆盖薄膜、小拱 棚和大棚,
50%以上出苗后,及时揭开紧贴穴盘的薄膜,依据天气揭盖拱棚和大棚,齐苗后增强通风透光,保持温
度白天15~25 ℃,夜间 10 ℃以上,当天气寒冷时,严密覆盖棚,在定植前 1周左右揭裙膜炼苗。根
据苗情浇水,不可过干或过湿。出苗 15~20 d后浇1~2次0.1%复合肥水,每次间隔 15 d~20 d。
5.4.2 秋延后栽培
